Leading AI Voices to Shape Canada’s National AI Strategy and Infrastructure Roadmap

As Canada advances its national AI strategy, Eric Gales, Managing Director of AWS Canada, will headline Future Summit 2025, taking place from November 18–20 at the BMO Centre in Calgary. His keynote address, titled “Unlocking Canada’s AI Potential,” will open the AI & Disruptive Tech Titans track, focusing on AI infrastructure, Canada’s AI opportunities, and national-scale implementation strategies.

The summit’s key strategic moment will unfold in a closed-door Sovereign Infrastructure Roundtable. This exclusive session will convene leaders from telecom, energy, and infrastructure sectors to align on the architecture of Canada’s next-generation AI backbone. The roundtable represents the first major private-sector convergence following the Government of Canada’s AI Strategy Task Force launch in September, marking a critical integration window for real-economy execution.
