Brian Gregory Brings Google Cloud Expertise to 66degrees
66degrees, a leading consultancy in AI, data, and cloud, has appointed Brian Gregory as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Gregory joins the firm after an eight-year tenure at Google Cloud, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business from a ~$4 billion run rate in 2017 to ~$49 billion in 2025. During his time at Google, he led strategic partnerships across Alphabet—including GEO, Android, and X (Moonshot Factory)—and worked with some of Google’s most important global customers.
As CTO of 66degrees, Gregory will shape the company’s technology vision and delivery strategy, advancing innovation, supporting large-scale enterprise programs, and unlocking new value for clients through AI-driven transformation.
“It brings me great joy to welcome Brian Gregory as our Chief Technology Officer,” said Ben Kessler, CEO of 66degrees. “Brian brings a rare blend of technical expertise, visionary thinking, and a builder’s mindset. His experience transforming some of the world’s most strategic customers makes him uniquely suited to help us deepen our impact, drive innovation, and unlock our next chapter of growth.”
At Google, Gregory helped clients accelerate innovation, disrupt industries, and launch products faster than ever before. Prior to Google, he held senior technology leadership roles at Express Scripts, Peabody Energy, and CenturyLink, where he led modernization initiatives across Fortune 100 enterprises.
“Joining 66degrees as Chief Technology Officer is an opportunity to build something extraordinary,” said Brian Gregory. “This team sits at the intersection of AI, data, and cloud—where the most meaningful transformation is happening. I’m here to push boundaries, lead with purpose, and partner with clients to create impact that redefines how businesses compete, grow, and serve their customers.”
