The strategic transaction brings together MedEvolve’s Effective Intelligence® platform with Emergence’s long-term orientation and deep enterprise software expertise, accelerating innovation in healthcare operational intelligence.

MedEvolve’s platform integrates workflow automation, advanced analytics, industry benchmarks, and generative AI to capture millions of workflow actions across the revenue cycle. This proprietary dataset powers a new generation of benchmarks that provide healthcare leaders with real-time visibility into workforce performance, process breakdowns, and technology gaps.
