FluidAI Secures $2-Million Government of Canada Investment
The Government of Canada has announced $2 million in funding to FluidAI Medical (FluidAI) through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), as part of a broader initiative to support innovation-driven businesses in the Waterloo Region.
The funding will be used to strengthen FluidAI’s manufacturing processes and accelerate the commercialization of its advanced postoperative care technologies for global markets. FluidAI’s Stream™ Care, which integrates cutting-edge AI algorithms with advanced sensing hardware like Origin™, enables healthcare professionals to make data-driven decisions aimed at improving patient outcomes and reducing hospital stays.
