Accelerating adoption, rapid customer ROI, and consecutive record quarters drive Locus Robotics’ market momentum.

Locus Robotics, a global leader in AI-driven mobile warehouse automation, announced record growth over the past two quarters, highlighting rapid adoption of its Physical AI solutions that combine intelligent robotics with real-world execution. The company recently surpassed 6 billion picks worldwide, achieving the last billion picks in just 24 weeks—the fastest pace in its history.

“Our growth is driven by our customers’ success,” said Rick Faulk, CEO of Locus Robotics. “Retailers, 3PLs, and healthcare providers are seeing measurable impact faster than ever—scaling productivity in weeks, not months. Staples Canada, for example, hit one million picks just 70 days after going live, proving the immediate ROI our platform delivers.”

Year-to-date, Locus Robotics has achieved 30–40% year-over-year volume growth, with throughput reaching 200–300 units per second—roughly 45 million picks per week. The company is on track to reach 60 million picks per week during Q4 peak season. Deployments of additional peak-season robots have surged nearly 50% year-over-year, reflecting growing adoption and reliance on Locus Robotics’ flexible technology for demand spikes.

The 6 billionth pick was recorded at The Quality Group in Elsdorf, Germany, Locus’s largest EMEA site, where more than 350 LocusBots operate daily to fulfill orders.

“Being part of Locus’s six-billion-pick milestone reflects how innovation and collaboration can drive real results,” said Felix Köhler, Project Lead at the Elsdorf site. “It’s a proud moment for our team and a testament to the performance we’ve achieved together.”

Technology and AI Differentiation

Central to this acceleration is LocusONE™, the company’s AI-powered orchestration platform. By analyzing billions of data points across robots and tasks, LocusONE optimizes throughput, fleet productivity, and network efficiency while lowering costs and improving the employee experience. This intelligence enables customers to scale fluidly during high-demand periods, navigate labor shortages, and strengthen resilience against global supply chain pressures.
