NewRocket, a leading digital workflow and AI advisor and Elite ServiceNow partner, has announced the appointment of Jason Rosenfeld as its Chief Growth and Alliances Officer (CGAO). This newly created role is designed to accelerate strategic growth by strengthening NewRocket’s ServiceNow partnership and delivering enhanced outcomes for its clients. Rosenfeld joins from his role as CEO at Cask NX, a ServiceNow Elite Partner specializing in end-to-end business transformation. NewRocket is backed by Gryphon Investors, a leading middle-market private investment firm.
With more than 20 years of experience in technology services, enterprise partnerships, and digital innovation, Rosenfeld will oversee ServiceNow partnerships, develop new alliances, launch a customer advisory board, and expand client relationships globally. He will also lead corporate marketing efforts and establish new revenue channels, particularly in collaboration with private equity firms.

Rosenfeld is among a select group of leaders worldwide to have held nearly every major role within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. His career spans consultant, account executive, strategy and growth leader, and most recently, CEO of a 500-person organically grown Elite partner. Prior to this, he led high-performing teams at HP, EDS, and PwC, specializing in Service Management, Data Engineering, CRM solutions, and enterprise transformation for industries including transportation and aviation.

Rosenfeld earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and will be based at NewRocket’s headquarters in San Diego, California.
