Nimble Gravity, a global consultancy specializing in AI, data, and software engineering, has acquired Fog Solutions, a leading data and AI firm recognized for its expertise in Microsoft Azure and Databricks, as well as its rapid delivery of AI-enabled and cloud data solutions.
This acquisition brings 50 additional U.S.-based data and AI experts into Nimble Gravity’s team, expanding the company’s global headcount to approximately 250.
Nimble Gravity serves corporate clients and private equity investors seeking to accelerate AI adoption and technology-driven growth. The firm specializes in embedding data and AI into core business strategies while delivering the technical infrastructure and solutions needed for large-scale transformation.
Fog Solutions is known for delivering strong client outcomes through an agile delivery model and strategic partnerships across the data ecosystem, including deep collaborations with Microsoft and Databricks.

Earlier this year, Nimble Gravity received strategic growth investment from Rallyday Partners, a Denver-based investment firm offering an alternative to traditional private equity. This acquisition marks Nimble Gravity’s third, following the integration of iGerencia, a Colombia-based data consultancy, and mDEVZ, an Argentina-based digital and data science firm.
