Reporting to John Higgins, chief of client and partner success, Kasun will spearhead the evolution of Pega’s partner ecosystem to help clients accelerate legacy transformation, strengthen alliances with global systems integrators and hyperscalers, drive adoption of Pega GenAI™ and Pega Blueprint™, and expand partner-influenced revenue worldwide.
This leadership move aligns with Pega’s strategy to leverage strategic partnerships and simplified commercial models, broadening market reach and advancing application modernization. Under Kasun’s guidance, Pega’s ecosystem will enable partners to deliver cloud-native, modern applications faster than ever.
Kasun brings extensive experience from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he led partner organizations driving high-growth co-sales in public sector and financial services, with a focus on supporting Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Prior to AWS, he spent 18 years at Microsoft, driving innovation across regulated industries including government, education, and healthcare. Kasun holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
