TD SYNNEX has unveiled a new, innovative structure for its partner communities across North America, aimed at strengthening and empowering partner growth through personalized engagement. The reimagined approach reflects the evolving needs of the market, delivering tailored benefits and targeted support to help partners meet their unique business goals.
Through the newly introduced PartnerLINK communities, members are aligned based on areas of specialization or geographic focus. This structure promotes deeper peer-to-peer relationships and more relevant opportunities for collaboration and advancement. The launch includes the following initial communities:
- PartnerLINK Ascend – For U.S.-based partners focused on digital transformation through advanced infrastructure, cloud, security, and analytics solutions powered by AI.
- PartnerLINK Advantage – For U.S.-based partners working on infrastructure modernization to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability across industries.
- PartnerLINK Canada – For Canadian partners operating across all sectors and technologies.
- PartnerLINK Public Sector – An enhanced offering for any PartnerLINK members selling into the public sector.
This evolved framework builds on the legacy of previous community programs like CommunitySolv, with a renewed focus on helping partners remain future-ready across all technology domains. Each community comes with tailored benefits such as exclusive training, dedicated support, early access to new programs, and member-only incentives.
“Encouraging customer growth through communities is an integral part of our business,” said Gary Palenbaum, EVP of Revenue and Customer Success at TD SYNNEX. “We want to continue that legacy with a modern approach that supports the future of our partners and adapts to their rapidly changing business models.”
The initiative will be led by Kristi Kirby, SVP of North American Communities. Kirby brings deep experience in partner enablement and will oversee the delivery of PartnerLINK benefits across four core principles: Lead, Innovate, Network, and Knowledge. One standout feature is a dedicated online hub, giving members 24/7 access to tools and engagement resources.
Feedback from existing Community Advisory Council members has helped shape the new approach. Anthony J. D’Ambrosi, CEO of Abacus Group and U.S. Council member, emphasized the value of the community: “The impact of community engagement has been invaluable for my team. I’m confident that the evolution to PartnerLINK will unlock even greater value for partners aiming to grow profitably.”
Canadian Council member Brian Oleksiuk, President of Oxygen Technologies, added, “Hearing perspectives from peers and partners is more critical than ever. The localized benefits for Canada through PartnerLINK enhance the value we already experience from our involvement in the TD SYNNEX community.”
