Tiugo Technologies, a PSG portfolio company providing market-leading developer tools in content creation and digital collaboration, has announced the appointment of Andrew Iappini as Chief Financial Officer.
As CFO, Andrew will lead Tiugo’s global finance organization and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial structure as it scales its diverse portfolio, which includes TinyMCE, CKEditor, Uploadcare, and ButterCMS. He will guide strategic financial planning, optimize capital allocation, and ensure Tiugo’s financial strategy supports sustainable innovation and long-term value creation across its product suite.
“Andrew brings the experience we need to expand our market presence and strengthen the foundation behind each of our four brands,” said Mark Hatton, CEO of Tiugo Technologies. “He’ll help ensure each business has the structure, capital, and strategic clarity it needs to accelerate its growth trajectory.”
Before joining Tiugo, Andrew served as CFO at JW Player and Connatix, both leaders in SaaS-based video development and monetization solutions. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at RetailNext, a SaaS and IoT analytics provider for specialty retailers. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked in private equity at MacAndrews & Forbes and in investment banking at Citigroup.
“Tiugo is at the forefront of digital content innovation, particularly as AI transforms how developers create and collaborate,” said Andrew. “I’m excited to build on that momentum—driving profitable growth, strengthening financial strategy, and reinvesting in the tools that empower our customers.”
