Trust3 AI, a leader in AI-driven enterprise solutions, has appointed Alberto Romero as its new Head of AI. With more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and data, Romero brings extensive expertise in designing and delivering scalable, innovative AI solutions for global industries.

Romero’s career highlights include serving as CTO and Co-founder of InsurTech AI startup Humn.ai, where he led the development of advanced machine learning (ML) risk prediction systems for the mobility sector. Under his leadership, Humn.ai grew into a Series B company and was acquired by Aon in 2023. He later joined Citi as Director of Generative AI Engineering, spearheading the bank’s GenAI initiatives and delivering a production-grade generative AI platform featuring retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents that served over 25,000 daily users.

He is also a frequent speaker and contributor at global AI conferences.

In his new role, Romero will lead the development and deployment of next-generation AI solutions that provide businesses with real-time insights and intelligent decision-making capabilities.
